Refund policy

At Sailer’s Co., each item is thoughtfully made to order to reduce waste and support mindful production. Because of this, we encourage Adventurers to carefully review the product description and size chart before purchasing. If you need help with sizing, please reach out—we’re always happy to assist.


Returns & Exchanges

We now accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible, items must be:

  • In the same condition as received
  • Unworn, unused, and unwashed
  • With original tags and packaging
  • Free of stains, marks or scents

Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost on all returns and exchanges for non-damaged items.


How to Start a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange*, please email us at crew@sailersco.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the reason for the return or exchange
  • Clear photos of the item (if applicable)

Please allow up to 48 hours for a response.

*You can also start and track a return by logging into your account.

Important: Items sent back without emailing us first will not be accepted.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if encounter any issues, you receive the wrong item or if your item is defective or damaged.

Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 14 days of delivery.

When contacting us please include photos so we can review the issue and resolve it quickly with a replacement or refund.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved.

If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at crew@sailersco.com.
