Erika Fernandes-Rusan: The Heart Behind Sailer’s Co.
Erika’s adventurous, warm, and artistic spirit is the driving force behind Sailer’s Co. Originally from Brazil, she blends a degree in Photography with a background in healthcare project management and administration, proving her versatile passion. Fun fact: Erika is also a certified yoga instructor and once held dental assistant and bartender licenses—always ready to embrace new challenges and chase what excites her.
She once spent 10 months aboard a cruise ship and sailed across the Mexican Riviera, Caribbean Islands, French Polynesia, Bora Bora, and the Panama Canal—where she met her husband and best friend and spent a Summer photographing in Alaska. When she’s not creating, you’ll find Erika soaking up time with her beautiful family or throwing unforgettable backyard parties.
A lover of art, nature, and music, Erika’s travels and experiences fuel her passion to create and connect. At Sailer’s Co., she transforms that passion into what she calls wearable art—where daring creativity meets bold style.
